03 floor unit, inspired by the traditional portuguese house found in the North, in Minho. This model aims to integrate themselves in the sub-urban terrains with the possibility of building on band or adaptation to an empty lot.
The construction is simple, fast and time and cost efficient. Dry construction (no added water), factory produced and transported in parts to the construction site.
Extensive glazing that accompanies the double height in the main facade and that emphasizes the entry. Inside the housing a stair shooting unites the different floors and distributes it to the various living spaces.
