The curatorship project Grande Hotel de Paris consists in enclosing in the different elements associated with the critical and creative development of the space.

The first of these elements, the brand’s stratification from which we may clearly understand its context, is associated with the Belle Époque.
This era, characterized by its eccentricity, innovation, luxury, wealth and relish is the keypoint in the development of the hotel’s new spaces.

These concepts progress towards stabilizing the toolkit, which allows us to observe in any area the connections between structure, language and materialization with the time’s references: the fauna, the flora, the nobility of the materials and their interaction with contemporary elements.

It’s this spatial singularity that is brought to life, with the certainty that it births a specific imagery, particular and unique, as a past and present moment at the center of Porto.
