The project consists in the development of a signage system for the new headquarters of Liga Portugal. Taking the architectural project as the starting point, studium’s proposal presents itself as a simple, identifiable system and, above all, in complete unison with the building, adding new layers of communication.

The proposal consists of three pieces of basic signage : the vertical display, the wall piece and the room plaque. Each of these pieces represents a scale of intervention, large, medium and small. The large-scale vertical display is based on the hexagon as a graphic motif and combines different types of transparency and color to communicate spaces and identify the building's floors. The medium-scale wall piece plays with light to communicate, interacting with the surrounding space through contrasts between light and shadow. Finally, the small-scale room plaque identifies specific spaces, thus being the most simplified part of the entire system. The combination of these three elements is essential for navigation in the space and communicates a narrative strongly supported by the building’s design, enhancing the experience of any visitor within the space.
