Noma is a two Michelin stars danish restaurant, mostly known for its chef René Redzepi and his unique way of cooking.
The studium approach leaned towards a new vision of sensations extended through the human senses of touch, sight, smell and hearing, offering the chef the main sense: the taste.

Curation

Our position is initially born from the tv series Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown. As such, we feel the necessity to explore a matured experience that lives between René and us: the passion, the constant restless action, the mixture of life and work, the vision of more, always more, always better, different, odd, assertive, pure. Ours.

A conceptual and natural structure, made from and by our heads, made us create this. More than an approach, we show why and how Noma can improve and become an eternal memory for those with whom it shares its precise and apt capabilities.
