The project is focused on the connection between two plots, aiming to increase available floor space while ensuring the autonomy and infrastructural capacity of each space. The priority is providing flexibility and adaptability for any tenant and integrating strategies for environmental sustainability through the careful selection of materials and energy solutions.
The project is divided into two phases, moving teams between spaces while the construction is taking place. This decision ensures operational continuity and maximizes the use of space, consolidating all functions — operational, logistical, social, and support — while optimizing the construction process through staggered entry to the plots.
This process allows the team to return to an expanded plot, featuring new spaces to accommodate growth and enhance flexibility. The inclusion of expectant spaces improves the adaptability and quality of both plots as a unified business complex. Additionally, warehouse functions will be centralized on one of the plots, benefiting from optimized storage systems.
There is an emphasis on an open-plan working policy, maximizing space and fostering communication. The spaces are versatile, fit both for company events and hosting external collaborators. Demonstration areas and a prototyping lab are established to showcase the company's processes, using adaptable materials and systems which meet the company’s needs.
