O dossier digital é uma ferramenta flexível e personalizável, pensada para apresentar e promover imóveis no mercado imobiliário. Trata-se, essencialmente, de um website com várias ferramentas e tipos de conteúdo que apresentam um projeto imobiliário.

O layout base do dossier digital contém várias tipologias de conteúdo, como imagens, vídeos, modelos 3D, quadros de áreas e outros tipos de recursos visuais para apresentar o imóvel. Todos estes elementos podem ser totalmente reorganizados e personalizados de modo a responder às necessidades de cada projeto. É, assim, garantida uma plataforma sólida e dinâmica que pode ser facilmente atualizada com novos conteúdos sempre que necessário.

Concurso de design do Passaporte Eletrónico Português

Proposta do studium para o redesenho do passaporte português
faz parte de um concurso público, submetido anonimamente à INCM (Imprensa Nacional Casa da Moeda), a entidade que imprime e produz os passaportes portugueses.
O briefing do concurso estipula que a proposta deve ser concebida sob o mote “território nacional”, abrindo espaço para uma interpretação visual que englobe o vasto e diverso território português, tanto físico como emocional.
Físico e emocional — estas duas definições criam uma perceção complexa e multidimensional do que significa o território e o que significa ser português.
Ao tecer a representação de um espaço físico com as caraterísticas de um espaço emocional, a proposta representa Portugal como um coletivo unido por lugares e experiências num tempo comum.

Sob o mote “a mão plural”, a identidade COOP. STUDIUM apresenta—se como um claro processo de estudo sobre um modelo de trabalho para um estúdio criativo.

A interpretação de um núcleo central, do qual fazem parte duas designações, é a base de desenvolvimento. A sigla COOP. (cooperativa) resume os conceitos e os valores que lhe são característicos — a equidistância, a ausência de hierarquia, a diversidade, a pluralidade, a autonomia e a gravitação em torno de um objetivo comum.

A COOP. STUDIUM é um projeto de estudo de transição entre modelos de trabalho dentro de um estúdio criativo. Todo o seu desenvolvimento conceptual e gráfico estão ancorados na ideia de uma cooperativa e de relações hierárquicas horizontais. Communication 2025

A comunicação 2025 da Prova surge no contexto da celebração dos 11 anos da marca e do espaço. Sob este mote comemorativo, a identidade visual é revisitada e, em elementos de detalhe, evoluída. É assim que a perspetiva autoral do discurso Prova se volta a evidenciar, numa estratégia de comunicação que se prolonga por 2025.

O ponto de partida para os suportes de comunicação é o poster, um suporte já amplamente reconhecido pelos clientes Prova e com fortes bases gráficas que resumem a identidade visual da marca. A estratégia de comunicação para 2025 começa pela criação e programação de séries temáticas de posters. Estas séries evoluem os motivos gráficos da marca através de elementos como a expressão do pincel e a ilustração.
Em paralelo com as séries de posters, são também desenvolvidos suportes para redes sociais e t-shirts para a equipa do espaço

A NMSM é uma marca que se posiciona de forma inovadora e elegante junto de um público-alvo alargado. Reúne os serviços de Nelson Moreira, consultor de produtos financeiros estruturados e imobiliários no modelo B2B, trabalhando para family offices, construtoras, consultores e parceiros imobiliários.

O projeto de identidade gráfica da NMSM Capital centra-se na representação e personificação de quatro palavras-chave que servem de pilares à proposta: artístico, arrojado, elegante e minimalista. Estas palavras-chave são materializadas em diferentes aspectos da identidade visual, desde as escolhas tipográficas até aos acabamentos dos suportes impressos, passando pela comunicação e pela paleta de cores.

O logótipo é composto por dois elementos com funções distintas: a sigla — que identifica a atividade da marca e explora o ritmo e a continuidade entre as várias iniciais — e o nome — que representa o serviço da marca e reforça a ideia de Capital através da formatação em maiúsculas, com personalizações de pormenor que garantem uma leitura rápida e harmoniosa.
Adicionalmente, é desenhado um desdobrável, que pode conter documentos e, através da narrativa criada pelo processo de desdobragem, apresenta a marca, o cliente e os serviços disponíveis.

Na sequência da renovação de imagem da Sociedade, o website afirma-se como a principal ferramenta de comunicação da SPNR, com várias secções focadas numa dinâmica de informação atualizada e acionável junto do público-alvo (membros e potenciais membros). A nova direção de arte da marca é aplicada ao website, gerando um suporte único e inequivocamente SPNR.

A comunicação da SPNR utiliza elementos gráficos relacionados com a Neurorradiologia, recorrendo a texturas visuais e interpretações de exames médicos, como o movimento de uma TAC e as formas e imagens encontradas nos resultados. 

Fazendo referência ao imaginário da neurorradiologia, o site adota um layout de ecrã dividido, permitindo aos utilizadores um acesso fácil à informação mais relevante e fazendo referência aos ecrãs de software utilizados para analisar exames médicos. Num dos lados do ecrã, há conteúdos de comunicação dinâmicos, enquanto que o outro apresenta o conteúdo principal. 

O layout dá prioridade à apresentação do maior número possível de conteúdos imediatos, reservando os pormenores adicionais para subpáginas secundárias. Esta abordagem permite que os utilizadores tenham acesso imediato às informações mais relevantes, sem necessidade de navegar por várias páginas.

Identidade Visual + Congressos

A SPNR é uma associação científica na área da Imagiologia Médica dedicada ao Sistema Nervoso Central, nas vertentes diagnóstica, terapêutica, ensino e investigação. Uma mudança nos quadros de direção cria a oportunidade para que a Sociedade comunique eventos e outras ações com uma nova linguagem, da qual deriva uma nova identidade gráfica. Assim, é possível criar uma estratégia de comunicação que permite à SPNR aproximar-se do seu público-alvo e, consequentemente, cativar e fixar novos sócios.

A renovação do discurso da SPNR passa por expandir a comunicação a novas ferramentas e contextos e adaptar a sua presença junto de um novo público alvo, mais dinâmico e ativo. Esta adaptação pressupõe também a manutenção do público existente, garantindo coerência do discurso da Sociedade. A comunicação visual utiliza vários argumentos gráficos relacionados com a Neurorradiologia, nomeadamente texturas visuais associadas à especialidade. Já o logótipo, composto pela designação e por uma representação simbólica, sintetiza a imagem de um cérebro, utilizada para representar a Neurorradiologia, num exercício de síntese e explora a perceção a diferentes distâncias. Relativamente ao 19º Congresso, a linguagem gráfica utilizada caracteriza-se por uma segmentação em dois elementos principais: a informação e o fundo. O fundo é constituído por texturas visuais associadas a exames de TAC e de ressonância magnética que enquadram a informação. Já a informação é disposta de forma linear, evocando as informações de texto que figuram nas laterais dos resultados dos exames médicos.

The existence of the new Oliva Bolhão store as a new physical space for the brand, encourages its adaptation and its parallel positioning to the digital environment, namely from a personalised website, a place to call home.

The new website foresees the use of the conceptual and graphic bases developed for the brand’s visual identity, and its adaptation to the digital environment.

It presents a homepage separated in 03 sections of interest (presentation, catalogue, communication) allowing the user to easily access to the different pages of the platform.

The presentation and demonstration of the brand’s concept, as well as its product catalogue, are highlighted, with pages reserved for each of these themes. The conceptual approach and art direction of the website is based on the coexistence of geometric shapes with natural photographic elements.

Identidade Visual

The redesign of the Oliva & Co. coincides with the relocation for Mercado do Bolhão. This turning point for the brand reinforces the need to update the visual identity, and for it to become capable of adapting to different media and communication supports.

The main concept focuses on the inseparable relationship between the olive tree and its leaf, the later being the basic geometric structure for the development of the logotype.

The design of the identity involves the customisation of the description “Oliva”, created from the elongated shape of the olive leaf, a form that allows for a regularisation of the metrics for the construction of the brand’s name. The Oliva graphic identity seeks to position the brand on a high-end level through the combination of sober and elegant colours and carefully though typography, although with very present industrial roots. Thus, the customisation of the logo places the identity on a level of exclusivity and uniqueness, with the adjacent toolkit being a complement and reinforcement of the brand’s positioning. This toolkit (colour palette, typography and photographic art direction) allows the identity a more pronounced expression (valuing the industrial component), without escaping the positioning and the intended target audience.

O redesenho da identidade Nogueira e Ribeiro surge como uma oportunidade de não só evoluir a identidade visual como também criar novas bases de comunicação da marca, através de argumentos inovadores que potenciam a comunicação tanto nacional como internacional.

A evolução da identidade visual Nogueira e Ribeiro acontece a dois níveis: gráfico e de marca. Os argumentos gráficos da nova direção de arte estão diretamente relacionados com o aço, tanto na robustez das formas como nos tons de cor utilizados.
Já a nível de marca, é criada uma designação que potencia a mensagem da Nogueira e Ribeiro, destacando-a no mercado e criando bases para comunicação internacional.
Adicionalmente é também trabalhado o website, que evolui para se tornar numa ferramenta de trabalho e de consulta para clientes e trabalhadores.
É com todos estes elementos que é consolidada a identidade visual Nogueira e Ribeiro, com novos canais de comunicação, ferramentas de trabalho e novos argumentos de marca.

App SAMS SBN

The SAMS SBN App presents itself as a new solution, convenient and accessible to all SAMS users and beneficiaries. In this way, everyone can enjoy the services provided by this institution.

The project started from the need for the brand to grow and adapt to the digital environment, in particular by integrating with new digital tools such as the app.

For that reason, the aim was to make it as simple, accessible and personal as possible, while creating a new foundation for communication, art direction and the brand toolkit.

Visually, the app is very progressive and at the same time familiar. All the elements of the layout have been designed to ensure comfortable viewing and reading. There is a home page from which you can access the main pages and functions of the app. The navbar, which is always present, makes it easy to navigate to the relevant pages.

The conceived version is just a starting point for this tool and will evolve and naturally integrate new pages and features as the brand evolves.

Proposta Evento 2023

A transformação do fecho do ciclo dos 10 anos do evento, numa oportunidade de evolução da direção de arte e das ferramentas digitais, é o grande argumento deste projeto. Através da estratégia criativa e da linguagem visual renovada, o evento ganha um novo ímpeto, capaz de se direcionar e adaptar aos diferentes momentos de comunicação do evento. São propostas soluções flexíveis, focadas exclusivamente no público alvo bem como na necessidade de desenvolver plataformas de utilização intuitiva e simplificada. A partir dos meios, criar eixos de inovação.

A diferenciação da marca PVC acontece entre dois motivos diferentes: a marca (institucional, permanente, estável) e o evento (atividade, ocasional, cíclico). Um elemento de especial importância é a grelha, que por um lado serve de base para a criação dos suportes de comunicação e por outro reforça a flexibilidade da estratégia criativa.
A tipografia é também um dos elementos de distinção entre o contexto marca (institucional), tendo uma leitura mais pesada, através da utilização preferencial de maiúsculas. Já o contexto evento (atividade) absorve uma leitura mais leve e dinâmica, através da utilização preferencial de minúsculas.
A comunicação da marca reflete uma proximidade com o público alvo através da aplicação do sistema de identidade visual aos suportes de comunicação do evento.

Dossier de Potenciação Imobiliária

O Dossier de Potenciação Imobiliária Triplace funciona como um showcase interativo de um potencial uso para um espaço de escritórios na Rua Manuel Pinto de Azevedo.

Através de uma narrativa conceptual, o projeto para o espaço é apresentado em todas as suas vertentes, desde os aspetos técnicos, como quadros de áreas e organogramas, a visualizações do espaço, através de desenhos esquemáticos e renders.
Pensado para uma experiência imersiva, a navegação do site é feita através de seções que ocupam a totalidade do ecrã do utilizador, permitindo foco total em cada secção de conteúdo apresentado.
Adicionalmente, e tirando proveito das possibilidades do meio digital, é adicionada uma camada de interatividade que permite ao utilizador conhecer em grande pormenor todos os detalhes do projeto, desde o conceito que estrutura a proposta a zonas de interesse específico no edifício ou nas plantas.
Na Triplace são utilizados tons de laranja para a paleta cromática, refletindo assim o caráter humanizado e relacional deste projeto, cujas bases assentam na criação de um espaço dinâmico, polivalente e capaz de oferecer aos seus utilizadores uma experiência tanto de conforto como de alta performance em ambiente de trabalho.
Já a direção de arte fotográfica, das imagens que acompanham a narrativa de arquitectura, é focada em reforçar a ideia da pluralidade de actividades, das várias utilizações do espaço e da alternância entre descanso e trabalho.

Website 2023

The MONSTRUKTOR website is a 6 years old personal website, where the author Sérgio Miguel Magalhães shares his vision through text, drawing and photography, presenting his personal approach onto daily life, and also presenting his academic work.

The new version of this platform has been designed with accessibility, minimalism and simplification, in mind.

Website 2023

The AMMP website works as a platform for presenting the agency’s portfolio of brands, as well as its services and skills. In 2023 the platform was updated in order to make it more user friendly, and also to provide a simplification to the website’s content.

The aim of the website update is to restructure and simplify the platform into a future-proof, easy-to-maintain and high-performance approach.

Structurally, the website works as a single page divided into sections:

Banner – linking to the ‘info’ section below – featuring one of four background animations and the brand’s motto;

Cases – a vertically split section, with a scrolling list of projects on the left and a featured image of the selected project on the right;

Info – an informative text section about services, skills and team members.

studium’s website main focus is to showcase its portfolio, as well as present its personality, values and motto

This update focused not only on the website art direction, but above all on an approach that guarantees its longevity and ease of maintenance, through current practices that represent a perspective of optimisation and performance.

The visual design of the website is quite crude, minimalist and pragmatic. This allows the different projects presented to stand out, breathe and coexist independently.

In order to facilitate the immediate consultation of the archive, the projects are organised according to color coded tags of the fields of interest and are presented as a list that enables the visualisation of a wide range of projects per page.

Website

Olicargo is a transport and logistics company with a wide range of services and worldwide coverage, supported by a network of global partners, that moves goods by land, sea and air. In the context of the company’s 35th anniversary celebrations, the studium presents the communication strategy and design of Olicargo’s new website.

The website presents the concept of a logistics city, with great visibility in the different banners, where individual illustrations become a visual highlight.

This communication element is one of the most visible and important asset dedicated to the communication strategy, art direction and materialisation of the tool. The website is, by itself a way to promote Olicargo’s services, but mostly it is a demonstration of the visual language that must be evolutive, bold and coherent, able to define the brand’s 35 years.

Suportes de Comunicação

The communication of SACV (Angiology and Vascular Surgery Service), one of São João Hospital’s services, was developed in order to ensure the standardization of all communication materials of the service.

As there cannot be a visual identity, due to hierarchical relationships with the visual identity of the Hospital de São João, a simple graphic system that unifies communication is proposed. This communication system is based on the simple premise of the representation of the “V” of vascular, through a visual simplification of the form. In this simplification, composed of two intersecting bands, the area where they overlap is highlighted through different chromatic intensities, as if it were a prism. This representation, associated with the blue colour that permeates all the supports, is directly linked to the idea of veins that cross and that, when referring to venous blood, are represented through the colour.

A revisão do layout base da revista ACV tem como principal objetivo melhorar a integração da publicação no panorama médico mundial, aproximando-a dos seus pares.

Além da aproximação aos seus pares, são feitos vários ajustes ao desenho da revista que visam um melhor acesso à informação e uma experiência de utilização elevada e adaptada completamente ao meio digital. Esta experiência é atingida através da utilização de hiperlinks, caixas de cor e de um layout mais condensado.
